About Starflower Films

Hi, I’m Sophie, a 27 year old Wedding Videographer based in Glasgow, Scotland. For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about film creation & video editing. It allows you to eternalise & safeguard memories so they are never forgotten.

When it comes to capturing your wedding day you won’t even notice I’m there. I aim to be as unobtrusive as possible, blending into the background whilst capturing all the wonderful moments of your special day

BOOKING STARFLOWER FILMS

Organising a wedding can be stressful, so I want to make booking your videographer as simple and straight forward as possible. If you are interested in having me film your special day, simply complete the ‘Check Your Date‘ form linked below. I will then email you back to let you know if I am available to book for your wedding date. There is no pressure or hard sell to book me, I will leave that up to you. If you do want to go ahead, simply reply to my email letting me know you want to book me and I will issue you an invoice. A deposit of 30% of the overall cost is required in order to secure your booking. Upon receipt of your deposit payment, the first stage of this process complete.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Along with your invoice, I will send you a questionnaire for you to complete. In this I will ask for specific details about your wedding day so that I have a clear understanding of what your day entails and what you want from your wedding film. The full balance payment is due 1 month before your wedding date, and once this has been received, I will be back in contact with you to arrange a video call in the weeks leading up to your big day. This is so I can introduce myself to you, answer any questions you may have, and go over the questionnaire you filled out to make sure nothing has changed. Of course, if you have any questions before that time, you are always welcome to email me, and I will be happy to answer them as quickly as possible.
